What is NAPB?

Carlisle's North American Parts Benchmark (NAPB) brings together the world’s leading motor vehicle manufacturers for supply chain operations benchmarking, covering all aspects from transportation and logistics to sales and marketing.

The NAPB Conference is a three-day event with major motor vehicle OEMs. The event is packed with new research on emerging issues and robust discussions on the aftersales parts business.

Over the course of the conference, participants share ideas, successes, and challenges across organizations in order to help strengthen the motor vehicle aftersales industry as a whole.

NAPB Conference

This year, the North American Parts Benchmark Conference is planned for April 25-27, 2023 in Universal City, California.

Again this year, we will be holding a hybrid conference. This will allow anyone who is unable to travel to the conference to attend digitally through Zoom Webinars.

In effort to promote sustainability, pens and paper will not be provided at the conference. We encourage attendees to bring their own writing materials or utilize digital alternatives.

What to Expect at NAPB 2023

Beyond the Conference

The NAPB Data Book is the foundation of NAPB and contains over 300 pages of performance comparisons across the industry, making it easy to identify where your company excels and where improvements are needed most

Custom Studies are one-off, targeted benchmark studies focusing on a specific area of interest for a member organization; participating OEMs receive the report at no additional cost

The Client Access Portal (CAP) provides easy access to Conference materials, Focus Day reports, and Custom Studies from the past 10+ years of NAPB

Insights Dashboard (Carlisle Insights Dashboard) is an interactive version of the NAPB Data Book, providing users with easy access to data and flexibility to create custom charts

Focus Days are full-day, deep-dive sessions on a single topic, providing an opportunity for subject matter experts to drill down to a level of detail that is not possible in a larger group setting

Carlisle’s Women in Aftersales (CWA) has expanded! After starting as the Women of NAPB in 2019, we are excited to now include others in the industry beyond our parts participants. In addition to the panel & cocktail reception at the conference, we will continue to offer other digital events throughout the year.

Conference Participants are a very important part of the conference!

The conference is all about the open conversation among peers, whether it is a general attendee in the audience who ask questions to the OEM Rep who complete pre-work in advance and speak on behalf of their company during the session.

General Attendees

As a general attendee at the conference, you will be able to listen as OEM Representatives from member organizations discuss and share best practices on each of the breakout session topics. You should come prepared with your key questions and ready to take notes!

OEM Representatives

You may have been asked by your Steering Committee Member to be an OEM Representative for one or more sessions at the conference. This means you will be representing your organization during a breakout session discussion. You should feel comfortable speaking to that topic, and come prepared to share and learn from others.
