Paul Gurizzian is CEO of Ducker Carlisle where he is responsible for firm, client, and people management and specializes in the motor vehicle aftermarket. Clients value Paul’s capabilities to apply judgment when choosing amongst critical strategic options. Paul is on the Board of Directors of Kem Krest, a leading tier one aftermarket automotive supplier. Prior to joining Carlisle & Co, Paul was an Assistant Controller at DTE Energy. He was Director of Finance at Honeywell’s European Aftersales Bendix brake business in Paris. At Honeywell, Paul also held the position of Director of Business Management for the firm’s aerospace turbine engine and replacement parts business. He spent seven years at Chrysler, including the Mopar Parts Division, and launched his career at General Motors in purchasing and logistics. Paul holds a BS in Industrial Administration from the General Motors Institute (now Kettering University) and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
