Campaigns are part of our normal course of business, but they can be incredibly disruptive. This session will focus on campaigns – not just NHTSA campaigns, but also EPA, CPSC and TSA recalls, driven by government agencies and participating OEM. Specific topics covered in this session include: 

  • Inventory Management – forecasting, inventory at launch, allocating capacity
  • Logistics – transportation and fulfillment
  • Dealer Management – communications and over-ordering
  • Metrics and KPIs – completion rates, failure rates
  • Other Topics – electric vehicles

This session will be light on information gathering, with emphasis on the discussion in the room.
