COVID Policy

Carlisle & Co is committed to providing a safe and healthy conference for our clients!  The following policies will be in place at the NAPB 2022 Conference to minimize the risk of COVID-19.

 

Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 Test

To attend, all participants must do one of the following:

  • Show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 with an FDA- or WHO-authorized vaccine

or

  • Show proof of a negative COVID-19 molecular test collected within 72 hours of the event start (12pm on Friday, April 22 or later)
    • Accepted types of molecular tests include, but are not limited to:
      • PCR - Polymerase chain reaction
      • Nucleic acid test (NAT) or Nucleic acid amplification test (NAATs)
      • Reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP)
    • Rapid antigen tests (such as home tests) are not accepted

 

We will be using the Health Pass by CLEAR, which provides a secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via the free CLEAR mobile app. Please note that CLEAR will not share your specific data about your vaccination or test results with Carlisle & Co. Complete your health screening ahead of time for expedited check-in and entry!

Venue and Conference Area

Carlisle & Co will work closely with the hotel to design layouts that will maximize social distancing based on the final headcount.

In addition, the hotel will follow Hyatt’s Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment.

 

Protecting Fellow Participants

Carlisle & Co asks that you do not attend the conference if any of the following are true:

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, etc.
  • If you have been exposed to someone that has tested positive in the last 14 days
  • If you have tested positive in the past 14 days
