Rachel is a Recruiting & HR Coordinator at Ducker Carlisle supporting the firm’s recruitment and retention initiatives. She is passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace and recently earned her Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential with the Society for Human Resource Management.

Prior to joining Ducker Carlisle, Rachel interned for the University of Virginia and Hilton, where she worked in career planning and learning and development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
