Customer-Centric Growth

Past “lightning round” sessions with warehouse-focused case studies have had great success, enabling us to cover several quick, tactical warehouse success stories. This session will adapt that format to focus on parts growth initiatives. We will cover as many parts growth case studies from OEMs as possible in the allotted time, aiming for at least 10 unique stories in this first year. The large number of case studies, each 3-5 minutes long, will provide attendees with a brief description of each program and highlight the target customer groups and each program’s impact on sales. The below topics will ideally be covered, among others:

  • Warranty sales 
  • Service contracts  
  • Selling to non traditional customers
