The Navistar Midwest PDC is located in Joliet, IL. The facility is their largest building in the network at 858,000 sq ft. 76,000 unique parts numbers are held here and service 129 primary dealers and over 5,000 dealers globally. On average this building fulfills 160K lines monthly to primary dealers and 400 lines daily nationally. Recently the warehouse implemented Manhattan WMS. 75 hourly employees and 18 salaried workers in the building along with union steelworkers. Primary hours are 10:00 am to 6:30 pm with 24/7 on call coverage.
