EventHub  
Use this site before, during and after the conference for all your NAPB 2024 Conference information. 


EventHub will be your individual portal for all conference materials including schedule, session materials, conference floor plan, attendee list, and glossary. Documents will be uploaded to the portal prior to the conference.  

Digital attendees will use the EventHub to enter the conference sessions during the event.

Non-Disclosure & Use Agreement
As always, all NAPB materials and participation are covered by our Non-Disclosure and Use Agreement for Proprietary Information (NDA). 
 
Each participating organization has a signed agreement with Ducker Carlisle at the company level. Additionally, all individual participants must sign the Individual Acknowledgement prior to attending the conference.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy
All cancellations for both conference attendance (in-person or digital) and sleeping rooms must be received no later than April 1st. After this date, any cancellations or no shows will incur a fee equal to the attendee fee and room rate. 

Registrations may be transferred to another individual at your organization, and adjustments to session selections can be made up until April 15th.

Registrations cannot be transferred to other NAPB events or years.
