A well-defined standardization program that is followed consistently by all site personnel is one of the more effective tools to improve performance. Making processes repeatable from site to site greatly improves ease of training and management, helps reduce quality errors and drives employee engagement.

This session will focus on getting back to the basics of process standardization - the “best of the basics”. We will discuss ways to improve adherence and measure program success, as well as highlight some of the ways different standardization tools are being used today. With as many six sigma black belts as we will likely have in attendance, we’re excited to hear success stories and alternative approaches!
