Description
We often hear from top performing warehouses “we just have really good people.” While this is certainly true, we know there’s more to the story. This session will start early in the process: we’ll identify top performers based on awards from last year’s NAPB and preliminary indications from this year’s data to make sure they’re still good. Then, our operations excellence team will visit the sites and perform our own assessment and conduct interviews. Finally, at NAPB, our team and the representatives from top-performing warehouses will share findings and best practices.
