Our discussions on electric vehicles typically center around customers and their preferences, and the impact on service. As EVs grow and become a bigger portion of OEM strategies, it’s a good opportunity to refresh our knowledge on what OEMs are doing differently regarding the following topics for EVs. This session will cover aspects of electric vehicles that are not specific to automotive companies, so heavy equipment companies with budding EV strategies or new vehicles planned for the future will benefit as well.
