The Nissan Riverside Parts Distribution Center (PDC) / Western Collision Center (WCC) Operation, located in Riverside, California, spans 469,900 square feet. Through its 20 shipping and 14 receiving doors it handles 2.6 million outgoing lines and 556,489 incoming lines annually. The PDC/WCC holds a population of approximately 50,000 part numbers; of which 2,300 are for collision. The cycle count accuracy is 99%. The warehouse is equipped with 28 equipment units including Stock chaser, Reach, Counterbalances and Order Pickers. The outbound operation serves 117 dealers, with 19 DDS routes covering four states carried out by Schneider and Penske. The warehouse operates on a single day shift with 60 Operators, four Supervisors, three Coordinators, one Warehouse Operations Manager, and one Senior Manager, for a total headcount of 69.
