Jen Cubell is the Managing Director, Recruiting and Talent Development at Ducker Carlisle. She is responsible for the firm’s overall talent strategies, human capital management and human resources. Jen works with firm leadership to develop and implement policies and programming in the areas of employee recruitment, retention, engagement, performance management, training, and development.

Prior to joining Ducker Carlisle, Jen managed the recruiting and professional development departments of the Boston and Los Angeles Offices of Proskauer Rose, LLP. Before shifting her career to professional resources, Jen was a practicing attorney at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP, where she focused on all aspects of private equity sponsored mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and capital raising activities. Jen earned both her BA in Political Science and her JD at the University of Pennsylvania.
