Joe Thibodeau is a Manager in the Strategic Solutions practice with a focus on OEM parts pricing. Joe has been engaged in multiple parts pricing strategy design and implementation projects focused on understanding specific market dynamics to drive additional value from aftermarket parts sales. Joe has also been involved in multiple strategy projects, focused on new process development for electric vehicle sales and aftersales.

Prior to joining Carlisle & Co, Joe worked at Hasbro, supporting e-commerce marketing and digital asset development, and served as a Naval officer. Joe holds his MBA from the F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College with a focus in Strategy.
