Kamlesh (KB) has over 23 years of experience in end to end service parts strategy encompassing supplier management, inventory, transport and network optimization. Currently, his focus area is on helping OEMs develop programs that effectively manage the relationship with dealers through retail inventory management (RIM) programs, performance based terms and conditions and end customer loyalty programs.

Prior to joining Ducker Carlisle in 2008, KB served as a lead logistics engineer at Schneider Logistics designing transportation and network optimization strategies for automotive OEMs and tier 1 suppliers. KB holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Mumbai, India.
