Description
This session will serve as a recap of our Sustainability Focus Day from NAPB 2021. We want to bring this important topic to a broader audience.
This session will cover:
- Corporate sustainability goals
- Aftersales contribution to those goals at each stage of the supply chain (such as sourcing, transportation, warehousing, customer use, and recycling/reman)
- Metrics that companies can (and want to) collect to measure sustainability in future years of NAPB. One goal is to come up with a list of metrics that NAPB participants want to track in future years.
- Incorporating sustainability into actual decision making
