Terms and Conditions change at a glacial pace – one or two OEMs make changes every year. But COVID caused multiple OEMs to tweak terms and conditions to better respond to customers. Companies who recently changed their terms and conditions will discuss: ​ 

  • What changes were made? We’ve heard about changes to transportation modes, referral policies, ETA and ETD (estimated time of arrival and delivery) provisions, and RIM compliance measurement​
