Every year at NAPB, attendees learn about warehouse improvement ideas, ranging from quick and tactical to long-term and strategic. The goal of this session, which we first held in 2020, is to present 25 highly tactical improvement ideas in a rapid-paced, high-energy format. Attendees will walk away with impactful improvement ideas they can immediately act on across warehouse operations:
